The RISE is a RAIN OR SHINE event. All ticket sales are FINAL. We have a NO REFUNDS policy as noted at the time of ticket purchase. Our tickets are transferable so you can give them to your friends or family if you are unable to attend. For more information about our refund and exchange policy, click here.

I never received my Tickets email, Promocode email or my Forgot Password email.
CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER FIRST BEFORE FILLING OUT THIS FORM. Our system automatically and immediately sends out these emails. If you did not receive yours it may have been sent to your spam folder. Gmail users: please look for our email in your Promotions folder and move it to your Primary folder to ensure you get our emails moving forward!
